These beaches were once considered to belong to the nobility in traditional Acapulco. Today, tourists may visit them, as long as the visitors remember that they are part of the town's history. The beaches are naturally protected by La Roqueta Island, which withstands the currents of the Pacific Ocean and makes the waves calm and the sand soft and fine. Countless little restaurants offer seafood and fish specialties; and boat tours, ski-jets and the Mágico Mundo Marino aquarium are all close by.Open Hours
Mo to Su from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AMNo deep sea...Dangerous Area.
Is very nice when you have kids that want to swim a little and make some snorkelling... only bad thing is when gets crowded, is a popular mexican beach, so many national tourism visit it...
Watch out for the purse snachers and pickpockets. The people tend to be huge families from all over Mexico, and they bug you to death to buy. Please do not bring valuables to this area, and dress down. It is best to just stay out this area. It use to be nice, but it is scary now.
