We spent many days on Henley when we lived in gawler, and it's a great place. The beach and swimming are fabulous, and the hotels and bars great places. Miss it so much!

Henley Beach has great outdoor cafes and restaurants, a gorgeous little square, nice sand & swimming, and a long jetty for fishing. It's a top spot to spend the day .. and into the night. My family goes there a lot. Atmosphere is always welcoming.

The beach si superb, the kitesurfing is awesome, the people are generally friendly, it's a good place to visit but try make sure youhave some form of transport whether it's a bike or a car as most conveniences are pretty far from each other. Like bottleshop, cornershop, restarautns. Otherwise, it's a great place to visit.

Henley Beach is a great coastal suburb, I picked up this gorgeous chick on the beach, and had a few drinks at the ramsgate, it was awesome. The locals are cool too, we hung out at Henley square with the local lads, Shersy, Sean and Wade. They were great ! They taught us the common law around Henley, we partied on till 11am .

Choose Henley Beach instead of Glenelg. This beach os less crowded, prettier and has a really chilled atmosphere. There are also many nice cafees, restaurants and bars here to try out.
