Mary To and her family run this restaurant, consistently called Guam's best Vietnamese eatery, which is no small accolade. Fresh ingredients, including homegrown herbs, make even familiar dishes taste exotic. Soups, on which Mary's reputation was founded, include the spicy Sinigang Soup with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, basil and mint. Also try the specialty Fresh or Fried Lumpia, shrimp and chicken in rice wrappers. The elegantly presented Fried Tilapia with Ginger Sauce is a delicious spectacle. Parking is available. Credit cards are not accepted, so bring cash along with an appetite.
