The rooms are state of the art and the view is just breathtaking! I cannot wait to go back there to stay longer. The staff was very polite and professional. The food we had at their restaurant was also so delicious and resonable priced. Loved everything!
Great layout, very clean and modern, kind of an IKEA hotel if you like. I can only afford the off season so I guess I deserved this. I was staying for only one night. Anyhow, we go out dinner and come back at like 730 pm and there is no parking left at the hotel!!! 'Cause the hotel is hosting the Realtors Awards banquet! ;0( It's snowing, 30 degrees out, and I am supposed to park my car down the street somewhere if I can find a spot. Then hike back to my room, which is already a hike 'cause you can't park by the rooms. Uhhhhhhhhhh...hmmmmm ...okay? ;0| Thank goodness I had a bottle of whiskey back at my room to kill the pain of being a regular guest and not a movie star.
This place is so outragaously expensive never pay to come here!!!!!!!! It is not worth the almost 200 dollars it cost!!!! Stay Away From Here!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I have been back year after year for our anniversary... and we are discerning. Gorgeous vistas, beautiful, minimal, Bauhaus rooms, kind service, pool, bikes, and great walks right outside your door.Try the Autumn for less people and golden leaves.
The Aspen Meadows resort is the best value for your dollar in Aspen. It may be a mile from downtown Aspen, but it is a very pleasant walk or you can take the frequent and efficient shuttle. Rooms are huge with a nice lounge area. Bed is very comfortable. I do agree with the previous review, the front desk are a little cold but what do you expect from a Bauhaus crowd.
My wife and I drove up to Aspen looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind. We were told by the visitors center that the Aspen Meadows Resort was that place. When we drove out to check in I was surprised that they are not near downtown Aspen. Approximately one mile away. The parking is away from the registration front desk. Employees are cold and unprofessional. When we walk in the front desk clerk asked if we had a reservation? It took fifteen minutes to get us checked-in. Then to top it off they told us that our room was a 1/4 mile away and no cart to get us to our room. The room was average but rather sparse. The restaurant is cold and uninviting with no customers. Food was good but the overall experience was very very poor!! Will not recommend this property.
