Located in the suburb of Maroussi, this stadium is part of the Athens Olympic Sports Complex. It was given a major facelift for the 2004 Athens Olympics Opening ceremony. The crowning glory of the stadium is the erected roof supported by two giant arcs with a span of over 300 meters. i love it it was so cool my family loved going to Greece and to visit athens!!!!! it is so worth it i totly recomend it for others to go injoy it is so hot in greece im glad that I spent the summer in greece and im glad thet i a Greek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
