Formerly of the popular Atlanta standard Peasant Uptown, chef Scott Crawford has repeated his magic at Food 101, a great American bistro that features classic recipes with country flair. Simple and classy, the restaurant thrives on its hip environment and attitude, and is a suave destination for business lunches. The menu is not explicitly Southern, per se, but features many styles of the region, set off by Crawford's interesting signature touches.
