The Hilton Auckland sits like a cruise ship at the end of Princes Wharf. Although it has a big brand name behind it, it is a relatively small, boutique hotel. Its design, location and outlook make it a very desirable destination for the well-heeled traveler. Bellini Cocktail Bar and White restaurant, with its Pacific Rim menu, have the most outstanding views of Auckland.
