Spy bar is one of the coolest, and hardest to find, spots at Viaduct Harbour. (The entrance is off Quay Street.) Chris, the owner, is also the proprietor of the famous SPQR. Spy is super cool, from its neon-lit bar to its Brasell and Ojala-designed seating area. Dark and stylish, it is one of the spots to be seen in at the Viaduct.
