Love it love it love it. The kind of place to gather in intimate groups and talk about the world. My favorite place to get gellato is still on 2nd street, but this place has alcohol. Good drinks, great atmosphere, heavenly desserts, what more can you ask for in such a tiny place???

Number one place for first date, for Valentine's Day, or any other romantic night out. It's also just a great place to take your date to desert. The food is delicious! They have sandwiches and drinks and deserts of all kind. Their deserts are some of the best in town. The number one place to get gelato.

Hours will slip by as locals gather to drink wine, perhaps indulging in one of Dolce's savory treats through out the year. Bossa Nova floats through the air on Friday nights ensuring a full house on the patio. Dolce Vita has mastered the art of cafe ambience. Aside from the free Wi-Fi, the cafe & bar boasts a scotch selection that would put most austin bars to shame. With "to die for" pastries, the best mojito shake in town, a great looking staff, in-house gelato and sorbet, and good prices to boot, I would say this is one of my favorite getaways in town.

Dolce Vita is simply the best place to relax in Austin. I go there as often as I can. By myself, with friends, or with a date, the experience is always wonderful. They have great latte's and espresso's, great home made gelatos, and the most diverse bar in Austin, with liquors from all over the world!
