The staff is decent, better than at a Mall. However they make you put you stuff away during an eye exam as if you are going to steal some equipment. Also, their prices are insane. The frames may be a decent cost but the lenses will be double. It also takes a long time for you to actually get them. However the staff doesn't bother you with sales. Who needs to at these prices?

Everything about Eclectic is wonderful. I have used them for years and recently moved to San Antonio...I STILL drive back to visit Eclectic. There really is no other place like it. They even tell me about the discount they give to my insurance plan that allows me to get frames that are even above the allowance!

The staff is exceptional. They have a good selection of frames that you wont find in the typical mall store. The only negative is that their rates for glasses and contacts are only slightly less than double the cost of what is available from a typical internet vendor.

The staff was extememely helpful and patient as I picked out frames- which took a while since they really have a big selection. The doctor was very friendly. Kudos!

I have been doing business with them for almost 20 years, since my student days at UT. The best part of the business is Diana. She remembers everything and knows all that is going on with the business, and gives very good advice. I have recommended the store to at least 2 dozen people, all on the strength of Diana's positive outlook and excellent customer service. They also have TERRIFIC and funky frames, as well as some my mom could wear.
