the hotel is private, secluded, safe, and beautiful. Hotel landscape is sensational, lobby and entrance are very grand, and the staffs are very professional. Cannot complain! Like: all Dislike: none

Nice hotel were you still can feel the tradtions of bali instead of the American owned hotels. This one is partly owned by the sultan of Brunei!! Beautifull staff and if you stay in the Palace Club (highly recommended) its like heaven. Beautifull surroundings. Ideal familyhotel. Palace Club includes privat butler service and free coctail and alcoholic beverages in the evening.

We did choose the hotel due to its Bali style. When in Bali we would like to feel a Balineasean athmosphere, not just another international hotel. We did enjoy the most friendly staff and the may differnet type of restaurants. Also there was easy to reach the other hotels , while strolling by the sea. we would have preferred a little better opportunities to swim in the sea.

I've been here for 6days, everything was perfect, only one problem... air conditioner is not cold.

We stayed at Nusa Dua Beach in May 2004. The service from check in was excellent. We had a deluxe room with a beautiful relaxing garden view from the balcony. The breakfasts were always superb, in a lovely open-air setting. All the staff, from housekeeping to restaurant to reception were wonderful and could not do enough for you. The pools and gardens were immaculate and the beach was cleaned daily and was delightful to swim in, (warm and clean water) We also could not fault the spa and had a lovely balinese massage there during our stay..I would highly recommend Nusa Dua Beach for a perfectly relaxing holiday
