Real service and classby Yahoo | 2009-07-12 03:00:00 |

The people could not be more accommodating, understanding and helpful. Examples: 1.Late night effort to prepare special box lunches for a Wall visit early the following morning. 2. Free upgrades to best available arrangement - gratis - as a returning customer. 3. Fine classical music. live every afternoon in the lobby. 4. Superb computer support services. 5. Perfect location. 6. Could not get more or want more for accommodation at any price anywhere. 7. Laundry service within a day. 8. Scrambeled for tickets for all desirable events. 9. Recommend a week or two to know the city and the hotel. You will be appreciated and they will show it.

Amazing Location; even better serviceby Yahoo | 2008-01-20 00:14:27 |

We loved this hotel. Truly a Chinese hotel, but very international in taste. Great restaurants in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern - a real 5 start hotel. Nice stores in the building; close to all attractions. They also set us up with a private guide (for so little money we felt guilty). She was amazing! Staff was very accommodating without smothering. This hotel was the best!

Best Hotel Ever!by Yahoo | 2007-04-19 15:42:24 |

The food was great the staff was great - every yhing was fantastic!!!!!! I would reccommend every one to stay here on visiting Beijing! It was the best holiday ever! Minutes (walking) form the train station, Tianamen Square, the Forbiden City and loads of fantastic shops! I would give it 100%!

Superb Hotel!by Yahoo | 2007-03-21 23:42:30 |

We stayed at this glamorous hotel for 5 days and enjoyed our entire stay. What really stands out is the professional, alert service. For example, our party included a 3-year old girl. When the hotel became aware of this, they actually sent up an extra small pair of room slippers. The staff is polite and courteous; all say good morning and wish you a nice day. The rooms are very comfortable as well. Apart from the clear plasma televisions, one can control the television, air condition, and lights from a concise panel at the bedside. We enjoyed the large windows which gave a wide view of the city. You can stay in specific rooms which allow the use of the Club Lounge, a sort of cafe included in your room bill. They offer breakfast, tea, and small dinner apetizers. The lounge was very convenient because we did not have to leave the hotel for a good meal. There is also a nice fitness center with an indoor pool. Lastly, the location of the Peninsula Beijing was outstanding. There is a mall around the corner and Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are in close proximity. We were thoroughly pleased with this fabulous hotel, and recommend it to anyone staying in Beijing.

Will book for next visitby Yahoo | 2006-12-28 16:50:49 |

The Peninsula is the finniest Hotel in my opinion, in Beijing. The rooms were very large and cozy, and the 50" LCD TV was excellent to view. The food was Superb and one of the best selections in Beijing. The location is only a short distance for excellent Shopping & Dinning. The shops in the Hotel are some of the best in the world. All of the Hotel employees did their respective jobs too perfection. Harold Sargent

Lovely hotelby Yahoo | 2005-09-12 21:49:19 |

In a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Very expensive for internet service in the business centre. High tech rooms. Enjoyed the cds available in rooms. Also have movies at no cost, but too busy to spend much time in the room.

Looking forward to a return visitby Yahoo | 2005-03-19 05:01:58 |
