If Sichuan dishes are what you crave, Jin Shan Cheng delivers some of the most authentic, and best value, of these fiery creations in all of Beijing. Three of their 13 branches specialize in dishes from the city of Chongqing, including La Zi Ji Ding (chicken with chili peppers), and San Xian Guo Ba (crispy rice crusts with a fragrant sauce). All this is served in a simple yet elegant classical Chinese environment, complete with traditional furniture, calligraphy and artwork. The menu is in Chinese and English.
