Overview

This bar, located next to the Berliner Ensemble on the banks of the River Spree, is a place to make every Rheinlander's heart flutter. Run by Friedel Drautzburg, the Stäv is a meeting place for people to savour a bit of Rhineland culture - and specialities such as Kölsch beer on tap and genuine Rheinland Sauerbraten - braised beef. In the spirit of the Rhineland, the atmosphere is relaxed, the staff friendly, the service quick and the customers chatty.
