An established favorite, Patio Pacific Resort is one of the few 'Class AAA' accommodations on the island. The members of the staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The two-storey and three-storey buildings are concrete but accentuated with bamboo. Some rooms have outdoor showers—an imaginative touch that makes you feel you really are going native. Just 120 meters away from White Beach, Pink Patio, as the brochure puts it, "is engulfed in a lush tumult of colorful orchids and other tropical blooms."
