A tiny cove at the northern tip of the island, Balinghai is best approached from White Beach on a paraw (wooden sailboat with outriggers). Particularly at sunset, the beach gives you the wonderful sensation of being lost on a tropical isle. There are steps leading up to the resort, but the only people you are likely to run into are your fellow visitors. Adding to the mystery, you may request food and drink by putting your order in a basket. Ring the bell and the basket gets pulled up, later to return with your order.Open Hours
Mo to Su from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AMThis is a cool place to stop on a round-the-island sailing trip. The restaurant at the top of the cliff can lower your order down to the beach in a basket, or you can climb the many steps for an amazing view. Baling Hai is a place of peace and tranquility, so for the sake of others, DON'T bring the kids!
Away from the consumerism of white beach, but close enough to enjoy the walk there (or scooter) when you need a social life...Balinghai is an oasis of relaxation with amiable and helpful but non-intrusive staff. Its the ecological architecture, great private views, limited number of cottages, private beach, the yummy food and extra care in presentation that make this a truely special place for families or couples.
peacefull, good for relaxation with family and children, perfect place for lovers and sweethearts, nice scenery at night. i grade it 99% tourist destinations in the phlippines
