Two fast-working chefs man a round griddle in the middle of this fun restaurant. You select a mixture of vegetables, meat, fish, tofu and sauce, and the chefs grill it for you on the spot. If you do not select enough food; or if you find that adding a heap of ginger was not a good idea after all; you can go back to the food bar as many times as you like. Rice, tortillas and a salad bar round out the meal. The full service bar stays open until 1am Friday and Saturday.
