At first glance, Tsing Tao, with its standard Chinese restaurant pink napkin look, appears unexceptional. Until, that is, one scans the menu and recognizes what sets this restaurant apart. The menu has a wonderful selection of chef specialty items like Sea Bass Steak with a black bean sauce ($12.95), and tear-inducing Volcano Shrimp ($10.95). If you prefer familiar Chinese items like curry chicken, beef chow mein or wonton soup, they are all available and reasonably priced.
