Established for over 10 years, Dig In the Ribs continues to provide excellent Tex-Mex food in a noisy setting. Expect a lively crowd, especially at weekends. Be warned, all meals are enormous and a starter could be quite filling in itself. Choose from nachos, re-fried beans, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. The choice is endless, ranging from ribs, chicken and steaks to burritos, fajitas, and tacos. Desserts are delicious. The restaurant is very child friendly and will liquidize, sterilize or just serve up the kid's menu for them.
