Overview

Right on the beach, next to Brighton Pier, jutting out into the sea, is a large circular sculpture, a gift from the Mayor of Naples, officially called The Big Green Bagel but known locally as the "Seasick Doughnut". This unique piece is both loved and loathed by the resident's of Brighton and has been the subject of many a heated debate in the past. One thing is for sure, you certainly can't miss it!

We can wait to go back.by Yahoo | 2005-03-31 07:31:13 |

This was really pointless. Not only is the object covered in graffiti, it smells of urine, and is very badly maintained. Overall do not bother going to Brighton, as it is a run down city with not much to offer.

the doughnut is situated jst by the pier and so its sumthin jst to see after youve bin along the sea front and on the pier, it doesnt take long. If its a windy day it can be really nice to watch the waves hit over the groine!
