Jesters is a nightclub dedicated to comedy This 200-seater auditorium, air conditioning and a licensed barmeans has been in operation since 1995. Previous acts have included Mark Lamarr, Lee Hurst and Mark Jupitus. Jesters has already gained a reputation as a good place to visit. On Friday and Saturday there's usually a disco after the performance, while Wednesday is regular student comedy night for all those budding comedians who are brave enough to get up and have a go. Basic but filling food is available like burgers, nachos and curries which are good for soaking up the alcohol.
