Great , will come back!by Yahoo | 2008-09-08 20:43:00 |

My son and I stayed here and was pleasently suprized, the hotel was clean and had large rooms. The service was also great! Their parrot in the lobby added a great touch of home. If you read about the bad things people had to say about the Inn, just forget them . It is really a nice place.

Do Not Recommend this Hotelby Yahoo | 2008-01-15 20:52:29 |

Besides being over-priced in a questionable neighborhood, I got up one morning and had to crawl over a drunk by the front door. Even worse, my car's windows were smashed in. The hotel staff helped me clean up the mess but offered no financial help or even a room discount. Even after sending a written complaint, they could have cared less. I will never stay there again and I travel to Buffalo often. There are too many better hotels in Buffalo such as Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Hampton Inn, etc. Stay there at your own risk.

What a Gemby Yahoo | 2008-01-12 16:34:34 |

It doesn't look like much but this hotel is one of Buffalo's best kept secrets. The rooms are beautiful and staff was outstanding. We stayed while visiting friends and the desk staff was very helpfull suggested a lovely place just down the street.

This is really a Best Westernby Yahoo | 2007-12-29 21:26:03 |

Seems more like a Hyatt! Very clean and modern. One of the best deals in town and you can hagel over price. Ive gotten this hotel for $66 bucks by telling them my boss wont let me spend more that $75 per night. So they gave me a convention rate.

I would come back again.by Yahoo | 2007-09-20 18:37:38 |

Comfortable,Clean and convenientby Yahoo | 2007-09-18 19:04:06 |

As hotel goes, this is pretty standard. But the staff were very nice and professional, able to accomodate my request for a late check-out due to changes in my schedule. Parking lot is a little crowded.

Pleasantly Satisfiedby Yahoo | 2007-08-13 02:12:47 |

After staying in the Adam's Mark for several nights, I was a little concerned about making the move to the Best Western on the other side of town, but I was very pleased with everything about our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet, and a very good price in comparison to the other hotels in the downtown region as well as in the suburbs - it is just about 20-30 minutes ride to visit Niagara Falls depending on traffic and you won't find a nicer hotel for the price any closer. There is free off-street parking which is a great perk in downtown Buffalo - though the parking lot was pretty tight on the far end...Breakfast was complimentary, although the staff were a little slow to keep the food replenished. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay for the night. The neighborhood is nice, too. You can't beat it.

Rude ownerby Yahoo | 2006-12-07 02:56:00 |

Did not meet desired expectation. Ownr was horribly rude, unfair, and unreasonable. Did not provide and folow throught with a simple standard service.

Holes in the bathtub...by Yahoo | 2006-05-02 22:47:46 |

I went for my high school Marching Band trip and the Buffalo Bills provided this hotel for us. (we performed in thier stadium) Number one, there was a hole in the bathtub, so all four of us in the room didn't shower that night and ended up using another band members shower. Number two, the room smelled of cigarettes, and it also didn't help that we were on the top floor, there was a hole in tthe bed matress, and that the heat didn't work. Overall i didn't like this hotel. (Even though it was for only one night)

The Best!!by Yahoo | 2005-12-12 22:00:50 |

Outstanding service--Front desk staff very helpful and friendly providing dining tips and directions. Room was outstanding. Very Clean, modern Great security features (need key card to get elevator to work so only guests can access the floors with rooms) The location is fantastic-close to everything and just very convenient. I stayed there twice for concerts at HSBC arena.
