Overview

Erie Basin Marina might be about boats and water, but the view from the air is the most interesting as the marina is built in the shape of—you guessed it!—a buffalo!  A public boat launch site, the marina is very convenient for weekend sailors. It is also close to downtown attractions and accommodations for anyone making the tour of Lake Erie by boat. The Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park and HSBC Arena are close by. The marina is also the site for the annual August Wine Fest.

This is as close as it gets to a peaceful, close to heaven place in my book. Being by the water is so relaxing and so much to see or just sit back and take in all the beautiful view or stay a little longer and see breathtaking sunsets!! Take time to visit this gem of a location so close to everything.
