For a fixed price (both lunch and dinner), colorful waiters dressed as Gauchos will carve a dozen different meats at your table until you have reached your limit. Start with the salad bar (which includes rice, beans and fried bananas), but be sure to save room for the best part. Polish and Argentine Sausage, Glazed Chicken Wings, Garlic Beef, Filet Mignon, Pork Ribs and Picanha (Brazilian-style marinated sirloin) are only a sampling of what the servers will bring. If you have room for dessert, the creamy, tangy Lime and Passion Fruit Mousse is a perfect light end to a serious meal.
