Marriott in Cairo - a great place to stayby Yahoo | 2009-11-22 22:04:33 |

The property is incredible, everything you need without leaving the compound if that's what you desire. Numerous shops, restaurants, great pool, fitness room, beautiful grounds, and very secure - it you are traveling with family, you willo feel AND BE safe!. If you wanbt to adventure out,sSome of the best places to eat are not far away (like Abu El Sid). Service is impeccable, breakfast is awesome, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are very large for non-US rooms. Good value for the money. And for those that think it is a bit out of the way - taxis are incredibly cheap - so take one and go somewhere. I will recommend it to my friends.

Pretty Good Hotelby Yahoo | 2006-07-03 12:16:15 |

It was great stay that we had me and my kids at the Cairo Marriott hotel, I was not very happy with my room view, and once I mentioned that to the reception manager, he came by himself and escort me to a bigger room and much nicer view, he also offered fruits and juices for my kids. I was impressed and I would love to go back on my next visit.

Avoid this one - Motel 6 is better!!!by Yahoo | 2006-06-12 11:21:49 |

Avoid - not worth the big price tag of $199 I paid. Dirty room - hair in the bathroom - broken bathroom door - cheap fittings - rude staff - got stuck in elevator - the hotel has added on lousy property and rooms there are worse than any $39 hotel i have seen in US i would rather stay at a any motel 6!! US citizen of Indian origin travelling with wife+2 kids ps: Although I visited last Nov - fuming enough to write this review in June of this year...
