This is truly the best hotel in North/Latin America. The staff is amazing and the Sea spellbounding. Many colors of blue. You can't put your finger on one color. The Hotel isn't large so you have that homey feeling and the staff treats you like family. I highly suggest staying on the club level. It's a hotel within the hotel. The have 5 small servings off food through out the day and it makes it very nice to be able to enljy a snack when you feel like it or just sit in the club lounge and enjoy a cool drink and watch the sunset. The Ritz is a must while in Cancun. Theresa in Detroit.

My family and I have traveled around the world several times and stayed at numerous hotels in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America, but this hotel, by far was the best we have ever experienced. Ritz Carlton and its employees truly deserve more stars than 5! From the minute you arrive they pamper you with high quality VIP service, to the extend that you think you are the only guest in the hotel. . . From the people at front desk, the concierge, and the doormen, to the crew of the pool services, and restaurants. . . all are highly trained professionals, extremely friendly and knowing exactly what you are looking for at any given time. I like to thank everyone once again for making this trip an enjoyable and unforgettable one for me and my family, and highly recommend Ritz Carlton to everyone looking for a true personal touch in customer care, I assure you it will exceed your expectations.

This Ritz lives up to its name and reputation. Service was top notch and it felt like it was far away from all the craziness of Cancun even though it was located in the middle of the hotel zone

If I were to die and go to Heaven I beleive it would be the Ritz waiting for me at the pearly gates. I just adore this hotel and the staff. They treat you like family and welcome you with open arms each time you return. I will be going there in July and it just cant come fast enough. If you do go to the Ritz (fly not run) I highly recommend you stay on the Club level. Service above Service. Ask for Mildred. She is wonderful and has your vacation at heart and will make it the best.

We never will get tired of hearing "it is my pleasure". They wrote the book on customer service. We'll be back, and stay on Club level again, well worth it.

The Ritz Carlton's service was impeccable!!! The hotel was pristine, the employees were very kind and extremely attentive. The location is perfect and the blue waters, well you just have to experience it for yourself. I would definitely go back.

I have stayed at Ritz properties here and in Maui. This is a wonderful experience from the staff to the locale. I would definitely go back.

The service was excellent. The restaurants are very expensive, but we didn't want to try the local restaurants and get sick. We knew the Ritz Carlton would have higher standards with food quality. They were very accomodating. We stayed in the Club level, and the food was excellent like usual. Even though there are five food presentations, lunch time and dinner time we ate in the restaurants there. The average meal during dinner was about 500-700 dollars for four adults. We can't wait until we go back!

We loved the staff, they were friendly and very helpful. The location and facillities were fantastic. The beach was the best I have ever been to. My family had a great time here and are making it an annual ritual.

This is the best hotel to stay. Due to Hurriance last year the Ritz wasn't open in July, so we had a suit at Fiesta Grand Coral Beach. The room was great, but that was all. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed. Boy the club level was joke. Fiesta employees need to get some training from the Ritz Carlton employees, because they know how to treat their guest. I will never stay anywhere else except for the Ritz. I hope to go back this year.
