A tinajero is an upright, wooden structure with a tinaja, a large, hollowed out, porous stone that is used to filter the water it is filled with. Starting with its country style entrance, in spite of being located in a very sophisticated neighbourhood, this is a restaurant with a large country ranch home flavour. Order any cut of beef, and they will serve it for you, cooked just right. There is also a space for the younger ones to have fun and let you eat in peace.
