Overview

Come and watch the majestic elephants in one of Thailand's best elephant camps along the Mae Sa Valley. With shows every day , you can watch these mammoth creatures play football, among other tricks. There are also opportunities to ride an elephant through the local countryside, feed them with bananas and sugarcane, and take plenty of photographs. Also within the camp you will find an elephant nursery and a rafting center.

Open Hours

      Love these elephantsby Yahoo | 2008-01-28 18:50:39 |

Have you ever smiled so much that your face hurts? These gentle, graceful beasts can relax you (be sure to ride one and rest feet on its back), entertain ( unbelievable artists whose paintings are sold before the paint even dries) great soccer players who don't bash each other but love to ham up and bow before the audience. Since I was from the Tarzan movie era, I am now on my fourth trip back to Thailand and wouldn't miss my next ride at this clean, well run park. Their keepers love these animals and take good care of them and will jump down to take your photos if you like.

This was one of the best parts of our trip. The elephants were very entertaining. I loved watching them get their baths and the dung collectors.

overall it's a pretty cool place. You can buy actually paintings by elephants for around 50 US dollars, and the show is pretty amazing

      Ride of your life!!!by Yahoo | 2005-11-03 02:30:12 |

This is such a cool place to enjoy the elephant ride and the animals in their own natural habitat! Not only are you having a great experience, but also you are contributing to a great cause to save the elephants. The elephant ride allows you to enjoy an up close and personal encounter with the animal in a humane way! Go do it! Last visted the place on October 17, 2005 AKPL

      Been there twice and I'd go again!by Yahoo | 2005-05-21 06:38:44 |

It is off in the mountains near Chiang Mai. You can ride the elephants, see an elephant show, and watch the elephants paint different pictures which you can buy. The employees are really nice, too.

      Love the Elephantsby Yahoo | 2005-05-06 17:48:50 |

I loved the elephant show. We were there in May. The elephants seem to love their bath in the creek before the show. Then they love to show off during the elephant show. They are talented, cute, fun-loving and amazing. I took home a piece of art work one of the elephants drew for me. Lovely. It's the best elephant show I've ever seen and we saw other shows in other parts of Thailand. The Mahauts grow up with their elephant from boyhood and there is a noticeable bond of affection between elephant and Mahaut (trainor).
