Each of the dining rooms has a lakeside view, but for actual lakeside dining, request a seat on the outdoor patio. Dinner and lunch are served, with special buffets available on Easter Sunday and Mother's Day. Lunch entrees include Broiled Salmon Steak, Seafood Fettuccini, Grilled Chicken Breast, and, a Texas favorite, Chicken Fried Steak. Sole Pierre's with lemon butter, crabmeat and artichoke hearts highlights dinner entrees. Other favorites are Veal Piccata, Prime Filet Mignon, and Peppered Tenderloin.
