Mel's Bar and Grill is not your average neighborhood pub where the beer always makes the food taste good. This is the place to try some of Denver's best cuisine. Recognized in both Esquire and Gourmet magazine for dining excellence it is one of those rare gems that offers a fine dining menu in a very casual atmosphere. For the seafaring folk, favorites include the Seared Ahi Tuna, Wild Striped Bass and Grilled Atlantic Salmon. The House Cured Pork Loin and the Half a Corn-Fed Chicken are also popular.
