Generals Motors Corporation co-manages the Courtyard Marriott in the Millender Center, adjacent to GM's new world headquarters in the Renaissance Center. It was the one of the first Courtyards to open in an urban center, but has all the amenities one would find in a suburban Marriott. The connected office-retail complexes of the Millender Center and Renaissance Center provide all the food and shops a traveler would need without ever venturing outdoors. It's conveniently located and service-oriented if not distinctive. Greektown and plenty of nightlife options are just a short walk away.
