Where To Stay

add to Travel Bag (NEW)

Mallorca caters to a broad cross section of travelers. Accordingly, a variety of accommodations can be found here – something for every taste.

Resort Hotels

Everyone loves a good resort, but resorts in Mallorca are like none other. Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria features multiple pools and its very own dance club. More active travelers might enjoy the sports-and-leisure oriented Arabella Sheraton Golf Hotel, located on acres of finely manicured land. Palladium, a posh hotel in its own right, offers guests the opportunity to stay at its own private beach resort, known as Bellatrix and located well outside the tumult of the city.

Terrace Hotels

For those into sunsets and true-blue lounging, every room in Hotel Amic Horizonte has a terrace, many of which feature bay views. Not luxurious enough? Hotel Nixe Palace has terraces as well, these ones wrapping all the way around the facility, and featuring stairways to the beach below.

Boutique Hotels

The 12-suite Hotel Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is more intimate, but its small size allows for a greater attention to detail on the part of the staff. For guests, this translates to more attentive service and a more memorable stay. Hotel Puro exemplifies this trend as well, blending classical architectural elements with the most modern of services and amenities.

Quirky Hotels

For a mind-blowingly unique experience, try the Hotel Convent de la Missió, a one-time convent turned cutting-edge boutique hotel. While aspects of the décor may recall cloistered nuns of old, a great many more reassure travelers that they are rooted firmly in the present, modern conveniences and all. Located in the little township of Alcudia, which is nowhere near as bustling as Palma (but no less aware of the needs of cosmopolitan travelers), Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet, like the aforementioned Hotel Convent de la Missió, is a former convent become uber-chic suites just steps from the Mediterranean. Here, a great emphasis is placed on health and relaxation, up to and including meals full of fresh local ingredients prepared wholesomely.

Business Hotels

It must be noted that Palma is not all about leisure. Places like Tryp Palma, with its conference rooms and health center, are perfect for even the busiest of business travelers. Even beyond the centrally located Palma, this rings true, thanks to hotels such as Tryp Bellver.
