I have stayed here many times over a period of 8 years and everytime it is excellent. There are deals on website's so take advantage of this. I have stayed in their suites to standard rooms and everytime great service. Walk to everything around the city in minutes and enjoy the Beau Nash townhomes to the core of the city to up scale resturants.

The hotel was beautifully presented and the staff were welcoming without being intrusive. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were immaculate and the temperature was perfect. The only issues we had were the pineapple juice being out of date and the full cooked breakfast being lukewarm. The next night was a little different as there was a large party in and the effect of the hotel was somewhat spoilt by the smokers stood outside the front entrance and the cigarette ends on the floor. The next morning was a bit dissappointing as the party had taken over the Vellore restaurant so we had to eat breakfast in the Alfresco restaurant with very small tables. All in all we had an absolutely lovely time here and will defiitely revisit.

I stayed with my mother - a treat for her for Christmas was to visit Bath, a place she has wished to visit since childhood - Jan 2008. We took two rooms, the standard for me, and the executive for her. The only significant difference between the two rooms is the side of the hotel they are on (the executive overlooks te formal front garden, and Bath itself.)

We went on the 22nd Dec 05 for a short break. After reviewing the website we decided to treat ourselves to this luxury and the new spa.
