The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, close to Grand Place, one metro stop away from Gare Centraal, very close to the "Eat-a-lot" street. However, hotel rooms are quite dispponting, the renovated rooms are not really that extraordinary. Furniture used are extremely low-quality.

A luxurious lobby meets the visitor, along with attentive staff. Large rooms with high standard, at affordable prices. Good location not far away from Grand Place. We always stay here when in Brussels.

Metropole has preserved all the charm and fantastic decoration of a hotel of the 1880's but modernized and in an excellent location. For those guests who love the old world charm but with all the modern facilities. Service has always been excellent like the valet parking the car at the front of the hotel despite it being a busy street. Room was very large and nicely decorated. Breakfast excellent. But it is the lobbey and main public rooms that are worth a visit. The special price offered each time, once 50% reduction, made this hotel a four star bargain.
