This place was my dream hotel...in the pictures...as soon as we arrived they gave our room away because 30 seconds late for our check in! We then got a new room which had no heat or hydro, it was a disaster. Supper time came around, and they fed us sheep brain with a sideorder of veggies which were contaimated with bleach from the dishwashers. It was horrendus!
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 19 2005 I can't wait to see the Angry Baby again! Ever been to a park, that is not only a beautifully lanscaped park, offering kiosk like hotdog stands, but also a museum too. Oslo's Vigeland museum is a must see! Finely sculpted statues of people in their natural state from granite attracts thousands of tourists and Norwegians alike year after year. It isn't far from the theater district and even Karl Johanns Gate-a shop district offering all ammenities from Hotels to lively entertainment clubs to relaxed fine dining, right in the center of Oslo. The Kings castle is not too far away, as is Akerbrygge, a mall built upon an old wharf. There's art all over the city. Stop in for a pils and an open faced shrimp sandwich. Norway at its best! The Kon-tiki and Ra museum from Thor Heyerdahls hay day of scouring the sea onboard a ship built from materials used in ancient times. The Norwegian Seafaring museum is also nearby, a msut see! Velkommen til Norge!
