IT WAS VERY BAD DO NOT GO THERE EVER! the service is bad the place is a mess and your paying way to much money for it!

First of all when i got to the hotel all i saw was a bunch of hotel staff sitting there talking. I went up to then and asked if i could get a room and they said to go ask someone else. so then when i finnaly got my room it was te dirty so i left i give 0 out of 5 stars to the hotel.

there is a skeet skeet on the floor. it is probably form when borat did pamala anderson. nooooooot. apparently he is no longer attracted to her. nooooooooot.

just imagine you went to a dump and sat with the dogs thats the type of service we had there. the room was a dump and they never came to clean it. paid way too much for the dump that hotel was.

I like the services, the shops, the lux, the restaurants, the food (yumy), the spa, the design, the conditions,the rooms,the cleanless, the people and everything .

Great service as can be expected from this hotel chain. We really enjoyed the executive launch with their all day beverages and yummy snacks. Breakfast is great there as well. The staff is english speaking and very courteous.

I loved the Champions Sports bar downstairs in the lobby. Great service and the employees are more than helpful!! I recommend to anyone and everyone!!
