The front desk knew that I was arriving (which made me feel special) and had the key ready! Ofcourse, it helped that my husband "warned" them of my arrival. The service at the breakfast room was also excellent. They were courteous and were always ready to help.

Not very clean - the bathroom particularly. The telephone was very dirty, as was the hair drier and behind the lavatory and bathroom door.

The radisson sas provided me with excellent service , value for money. One must eat at its exccellent 2 star michellen restaurant and then pop into the bar for one of their delicious cocktails, loved the strawberry daiquiri!!! I have to mention the friendliness of the staff who looked after me like a real vip!!! Thanks for everything Radisson Brussels
