Reviewed by: Dr. Mohammad Bahareth from on Apr 20 2009 The Best of Swiss Hostelry From the views of the golf course to the gracious staff the Dolder Grand is as close to the traveler is likely to get to being royalty being welcomed to a most comfortable castle. Expensive? Yes. And worth every penny. A destination hotel with its wide variety of diversions and their willingness to provide whatever the guest may wish. Indeed, it almost becomes a contest to think up something they have already solved.

B eautiful surroundings and a quick trip to downtown Romer Platz in Zurich. Outstanding restaurant and a memorable bar, attended at that time by a memorable Swiss lady. I don“t know if the new version that opens in 2008 will be the same or even less better

I have been to no other hotel which compares. They closed in 04 for renovation. I could not understand why. However, in 07 when it opens I will be back
