Back to 13 Coins Best restaurants in Seattle... I first started going to 13 coins in 1998, and they have never ever disappointed me. Their food and service is always top notch, hot, and delicious. Great ambience and decor, in a late '60s-early '70s dark wood and burgundy leather kind of way. You expect Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra to walk in at any minute. Fabulous desserts and the best French onion soup on the west coast.
Reviewed by: James Tiberius from on Jun 26 2008 Amazing Restaurant I have dined all over the world and have never come across such an amzing restaurant like 13 Coins. I have tried both locations and cannot believe those chefs can prepare so many different dishes perfectly and right in front of you! Try the filet. I've paid twice as much and 13 Coins was the better. The service is top notch as well. Ask for Crystal or Greg at Seatac. Randall or Todd downtown. I was told that Stan, the VP, is responsible for all the beautiful upgrades to downtown. Stan, can't wait to see what you do next!
