The guest is King here. Anything that staff can do to make you comfortable, they do because the ownership simply will not accept poor service for its guests. They read the comment cards to see what people are experiencing in terms of guest services. This is the best place to stay in Northern Nevada! We visit nearly every month to play and to relax. The food is excellent, and there is a lot of fun gaming in the casino.

it felt dirty. the carpet in our room felt damp like it was just cleaned that same day. the covers on the beds were a dark green - which made me wonder if they were trying to cover the fact that they don't wash the bedspreads very often. although they are adding a new tower, they really ought to improve their existing one because it is old and outdated.
