From your private balcony you can look out over the river and the entire city is laid out before you. The hotel was clean and quiet. Their was a nice terrace for a drink and the restaurant food was good.

Toledo is a compact city on a bluff overlooking an oxbow bend in the river. The Parador sits on an adjacent hill overlooking all. Spectacular view. There are few places where you'll find such a view. Thank goodness for 1GB FLASH cards for digital cameras! The hotel is also wonderful. The food is good, the rooms are spacious, and the staff very helpful. Try sipping sangria on the patio during sunset - you'll never forget the experience. It's a short drive into Toledo. A popular nightspot lies within walking distance. Don't miss this one.
