We loved the place so much that we decided to come back the following year to Cancun just because of Roots. We were not disappointed - except that we happened to drop back on a couple of Saturdays and were not too keen on the Flamenco Jazz band. We understand that this may attract more people and there is nothing wrong with that. However we prefer the jazz trio we saw last year or just have a drink and listen to their great records. By the way the food was good too and the staff are perfect for the atmosphere - relaxed, intimate, so pleasant - this is an oasis in a dusty or rainy Cancun and we will go back again.
