If you want to see the real Cape Town Long Street is the place to be and the Metropole made our stay even more perfect. THough the room was compact and the shower leaked the staff, breakfast and ambience was just fabulous! A ahort walk/taxi ride to the great restaurants on Kloof it's a real alternative to the big, soul-less tourist hotels.
