The name says it all-the Tower Bar at the Hotel Hafen offers its guests majestic views over Hamburg's rooftops and harbour. Despite the slightly nondescript interior, the place is often packed with locals, students and the odd tourist. The Tower Bar is recommended for all those who want a bird's eye view of Hamburg, but aren't enthused by the uninviting TV Tower.
