Since 1921, Margie's has been making its own candy and ice cream, and it still uses only the best ingredients to produce the best product in Chicago. Family owned for three generations, Peter Poulos is now in charge of this quaint and charming operation, one that has withstood the brutal ups and downs of this neighborhood for over 70 years. Well worth a visit, even for the most discriminating sweet tooth.
