Grand Sierra Resort AAAA
Unlike many of the hotels downtown, the Grand Sierra is classy and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, friendly and helpful staff, very clean environment and impressive room. It included a flat screen TV in the bathroom, full length mirror, big closet and a wonderful view of snow cap mountains through our big window. It is by far the nicest hotel I've experienced in Reno. Unlike most places , it was quiet and allowed me to solidly sleep. The machines paid and there are plenty of tables to play cards. Another fine point, never did I find myself looking for a cocktail waitress. They catered to everyone.

Clean, reasonable, able to sleep, excellent service and machines paid. An excellent place to stay for the price, and far cleaner and classy than any other hotel in Reno I've experienced. It has changed my view of Reno to a positive one.
Home away from home and Great for Families.
As a mother of 2 and traveling as a family, it can be difficult to find a Hotel which meets the need...
