In this sushi bar (formerly known as Itcho), the considerable artistry of the chef is admired by patrons who do not mind paying extra for superior sushi and sashimi. A few hot meals such as dumplings, noodle dishes and tempura may be ordered too, along with beer, wine and sake. But it is the sushi for which this little restaurant is justly noted. Much of it seasoned with pickled ginger, and all is prepared according to the highest standards of preparation for traditional Japanese cuisine.
