This forest garden consists of more than 18,000 trees with 17 miles of walking trails. The trees provide seasonal splendour, with fragrant cherry blossoms in the spring, rhododendron and azalea in bloom in May, the Acers (Japanese maple) a riot of colour in the autumn, and the evergreens stately against pale winter skies. A visitor's centre, gift shop, plant centre and a cafe are on site.
