Back to Malaga's Wine and Tapas Bar Great Variety, Great Food This is a great place to go eat with friends. The dining experience is different from a typical restaurant as all the dishes come in very small portions. This allows you to order a large variety of food and share with others, which is fun. The food is a little pricey considering the size of the portions, but I think of it as ordering slightly larger-than-normal appetizers, with prices to match. Two dishes per person turns out to be plenty of food, as everyone left satisfied but not stuffed. The tenderloin was a crowd-pleaser, as were the short ribs and quail legs. The deep-fried calamari was above-average. The ambience is good, with live music just outside the restaurant in the courtyard. The service was good too--a touch on the slow side but otherwise attentive and accommodating. Our meal came out to around $40 per person including drinks, dessert, tax and tip.
