Back to Samarkanda Great family restaurant I've been going to Samarakanda several times a year on repeated trips to Granada since 2002. It's a great place, with a nice space for dining al fresco in front and a pleasant interior decorated with Lebanese and Moroccan artefacts. The ambience is homely -- it appears to be a family-run establishment, with the owners' little girl often around. The food is always good and tastes fresh. Their felafels are the best I've had. The avocado salad is great. So also the cous-cous. And don't forget to try the desert of fresh orange slices covered in sugar and cinnamon!
